As an independent designer, I work directly with you throughout the project. There’s no agency team or passing your project between different people.

I value clear communication, realistic expectations and a collaborative approach. My aim is to make the process feel manageable, even if the technical side of websites isn’t your thing.

01 — Tell me about your project

Get in touch and tell me a little about your business, your current website (if you have one) and what you’d like to achieve.
We’ll discuss your ideas, requirements, budget and time frame to see whether we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation.

02 — Plan your website

Once we’ve agreed on the project, I’ll put together a proposal outlining the work, deliverables, timeline and costs.
We’ll discuss the website structure, content and visual direction so we both know what to expect before the design begins.

03 — Design & development

This is where your ideas start taking shape. I’ll design and build your website in WordPress, keeping you updated at agreed stages and inviting your feedback along the way. We’ll refine the design together within the scope of our agreement.

04 — Launch & get comfortable

Once everything is approved and ready, we’ll launch your website.
I’ll show you how to manage the essentials yourself, so you can make everyday updates with confidence.
If you need further help after launch, we can discuss ongoing support or maintenance.

What I need from you:

You don’t need to be a web design expert. But a few things will help us get off to a good start:

An idea of what your business does and who your website is for.

An outline of the pages or features you need.

Any existing branding, images or website content.

An approximate budget and preferred time frame.

If you’re missing some of these, don’t worry. We can discuss what’s needed during our initial conversation.
