Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
That’s what makes a personalised portrait special. Tell me about your pet and what makes them unique. Their expression, colouring and little quirks can all help inspire the artwork.
Each portrait is made with care, so the time needed can vary depending on the design and my current workload. I’ll let you know the estimated turnaround time before we get started.
For standard art works delivery time is usually 3 weeks from the time I have received payment. For custom orders with specific wishes or multiple pictures, delivery time may be longer.
Your portrait will be delivered in the format agreed when you place your order. If you have ordered a standard, digital artwork, you will receive the files through email. If they are too big, you can download them via a secure link.
You will receive a JPEG/JPG, PDF & PNG.
Absolutely. Just explain your wishes in the order form and I will send you an offer based on your requirements.
You will receive a digital file which you can use to print any way you like. Just upload the file via a printing service of your choice. If for some reason you are unable to print it and would like my help in doing so, I can make arrangements for an additional fee. Specify your requirements in the form and I will send you an offer.
It depends. I specialise in drawing animals, but I sometimes I draw humans too. Leave me a message with your request and I will let you know what I can do.
At this moment it is possible to pay by bank transfer (Europe), PayPal (Worldwide) & Credit card (Worldwide). You can’t pay directly through the order form. You will receive an order conformation with payment options.
Before I send out the final version of the artwork, you will have the opportunity to request changes. After the final version is agreed upon, and you have received the files, and you are not completely happy, let me know within 48 hours. If the changes are not too large, I will do my best to implement them. It is not possible to get a refund or start a new artwork. Your portrait is a custom piece and I have already worked many hours to finish it.
